How Our Network Works
Who answers your call
Say you reach out about a walk-in tub. Your request goes to an independent local provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. They are the one who talks with you, visits your home and does the work.
Pastinterior Walk-In Tubs is not a contractor. We only make the introduction.
What the provider may ask
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider see if the job fits.
- Which bathroom is it, and what is in it now?
- Do you want a tub, a shower, or are you still deciding?
- Is anyone in the home dealing with balance or mobility changes?
- Is the bathroom upstairs, on the main floor or in a basement?
- Do you rent or own?
Have rough answers ready. Photos can help too. Request a callback to check provider availability, and share those details when you talk.
Questions worth asking a provider
A good talk goes both ways. Consider asking:
- What would you recommend for my bathroom, and why?
- What is the typical price range, and what could change it?
- Will you give me a written quote?
- What does the schedule look like, and who handles permits if needed?
- What happens to the old tub?
- What warranty comes with the product and the labor?
The answers should be plain and easy to follow. If they are not, keep asking.
Where you can help, and where you should not
You can clear the bathroom, measure the doorway and note where the water shutoff is. Leave plumbing, framing and waterproofing to the provider. Those steps need proper tools and skill, and mistakes can cause leaks.
You stay in charge
A request does not lock you in. You can say no, ask for another quote or take your time. Some policies may cover certain needs, so check your own policy if that matters to you.
When you are ready to see what a provider would suggest, you can request an estimate with no obligation.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Pause at the tub, then ask. A short conversation can show what is possible. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.
